Urban Planning and Public Procurement

public procurement and procedures
for the allocation of domestic and eu funds

Our Firm assists public administrations and private companies in all areas governed by domestic and community regulations on public procurement of works, supplies and services, in many different sectors, and in particular in the transport, water and energy industries, including but not limited to the drafting of tenders, special specifications, and calls for tender.

In particular, our Firm deals with all legal issues concerning standard relations between public administrations and companies, by providing advice for the assignment of services and works as well as during legality disputes before Regional Administrative Courts (TAR) and the Council of State, the legal-administrative consultative body that ensures the legality of public administration in Italy.

Further, we follow our clients in preparing and assessing town planning and construction documents for real estate investment projects, and we provide advisory services to public bodies applying for national and EU funding for research and development projects.

Urban Planning, Real Estate, Building Industry

Our Firm helps public administrations and private companies comply with urban planning regulations and get the required permits, by drafting ad hoc opinions and reports of due diligence, even during real estate acquisitions by domestic and foreign investors and investment funds.

Our lawyers have gained specific expertise in this field on a domestic and European level, since they have followed the requalification, reorganization and conversion of some decommissioned industrial and petrochemical areas both in Italy and Europe.
They have also been involved in port planning, as well as in the expropriation and emergency occupation of areas for the construction of strategic public-sector infrastructures.

Our Firm provides legal court and out of court counselling to our clients looking for the right location of strategic facilities, during their construction and operation in Italy, and when they apply for the required permits.

Cultural Heritage and Museum Services

Our firm provides legal court and out of court counselling to providers of additional management services to archaeological sites and museums. Our legal assistance in this area includes but is not limited to the drafting of agreements with the relevant Authorities, of concession agreements and, more generally, legal advice for exhibitions and other cultural services.
